Privacy policy

Purpose

We collect the details you submit through the matching form to connect you with up to three attorneys who practise in your area and category of law.

Recipients

Your name, contact details and description are shared with the matched firms only. Firms that use AttorneyOS receive the details directly in their practice management system.

Retention

Personal data on leads is deleted or anonymised after 12 months unless there is an active matter.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Contact our Information Officer at privacy@lawmatch.co.za.
